About The Designer
With an emphasis on quality construction, designer Kei Ninomiya’s aptly titled Noir line is almost entirely black, drawing on his time as a patternmaker for Comme des Garcons after graduating from Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts. Ninomiya innovative combination of materials and techniques, most recently featuring woven, pleated and studded synthetics, as well soft/hard, delicate/heavy textural juxtapositions.
